What You’ll Do
- Be the friendly face customers trust when they bring in their vehicle
- Guide customers through their service and repair needs with honesty and confidence
- Communicate with technicians to keep repairs moving smoothly
- Provide updates and recommendations that help customers keep their vehicles running great
- Deliver a 5-star experience from check-in to vehicle pickup
What We’re Looking For
- Automotive Service Advisor experience (dealership experience preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced service drive
- Someone who takes pride in delivering a great customer experience
- A positive, team-first attitude
