Parts Counterperson

Description of the role:

Murdock Ford, Inc is seeking a Parts Counter person to join our team in Santaquin, UT. The ideal candidate will assist customers in locating and purchasing automotive parts while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in finding the right automotive parts
• Answer inquiries and provide information about parts availability
• Place orders for parts and manage inventory
• Receive shipments and ensure accuracy of orders
• Collaborate with service department to fulfill parts requests

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Ford parts preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• CDK experience is a plus
