Maintenance Service Tech / HVAC

Job Summary:
We are a Wendy's Franchise in the Atlanta area and we are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC/R, appliance repair, and field service. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various equipment and systems.

Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks on HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot issues using schematics and technical manuals
- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters to test electrical systems
- Conduct field service visits to customer locations
- Provide excellent customer service while on-site
- Document all work performed and parts used accurately

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and refrigeration principles
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Experience 5 years minimum
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing appliances
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
