RESPONSIBILITIES

• We are looking for someone who wants a career and to be a part of a growing company. HVAC certification is required! 
• HVAC Certification – must have current certification
• Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Knowledge/skills in the use of various hand tools and test equipment which may vary in weight from a few ounces to 500 pounds
• Able to perform diagnostic and repair of  restaurant equipment (electrical & gas)
• Able to be involved in all repairs to the building structure
• Able to plan all maintenance needs
• Able to work independently
• Basic computer skills
• Good customer service skills
   

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Two years of experience required
• Guest-friendly demeanor
• Fluent English-speaking and writing skills
• Able to lift 35 pounds to waist level
• Exhibit a sense of urgency
• Willing to assume around-the-clock responsibility for restaurant operations
• Willing to work normal schedule of 50+ hours per week (all shifts)
