Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial transactions, including deal closures and the presentation of finance and insurance products
• Generate and explain financial offers, ensuring customers clearly understand their rights and options
• Foster strong customer relationships and deliver a top-tier service experience
• Monitor and report on customer satisfaction metrics
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal F&I regulations
• Accurately manage and protect customer data

Qualifications

• Positive, energetic, and outgoing personality
• Proven experience in automotive sales and F&I
• Track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals
• Commitment to maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Flexible availability, including weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening
