Move-tastic!, Chicago’s favorite moving company, is hiring a Seasonal Inside Sales & Customer Experience Associate to join our high-energy, fun-loving team this summer!

What You’ll Learn & Do

As a Seasonal Inside Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in helping our customers navigate their moving experience from start to finish. You’ll gain hands-on experience in:

• Talking with customers via phone, text, and email to answer questions and close sales
• Generating moving estimates and booking services
• Learning how to identify customer needs and upsell services
• Collaborating with our operations team to coordinate schedules
• Representing Move-tastic! in local outreach and networking events
• Hitting goals and learning about sales KPIs in a real-world environment
• Supporting marketing campaigns and outreach efforts

What We’re Looking For

• A positive, go-getter attitude and professional communication style
• Excellent listening and people skills—you’re a natural at building rapport
• Detail-oriented and organized, even when juggling multiple tasks
• Team player who’s flexible and excited to pitch in where needed
• Outgoing personality and the confidence to talk to people from all walks of life
• Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required!

Seasonal Employment Details

• Full-time (around 40 hours/week) from May through August 2025
• Typical hours: Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 5 PM with occasional staggered shifts (8a–4p or 10a–6p)
• Hourly pay: $21.00 + commissions
• Great training and mentorship from experienced team members
