We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Sales Manager/Finance Manager.

 

Role Overview:

As a Sales Manager/Finance Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of our dealership. You will be responsible for overseeing both the sales and finance operations, working closely with our customers to provide a seamless experience that meets our mission of “Doing business a better way!”  This is a unique opportunity to have direct involvement with each customer and the sales process in an expanding dealership.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the sales and finance departments.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed monthly goals.
  • Oversee the financing process, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with management to create and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and time management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in both sales and finance management, in the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to train and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
  • Experience and desire to work with technology
