Located in the beautiful city of Glenwood Springs, CO, this role offers a competitive compensation range of $70,000 to $200,000 per year, paid semi-monthly. You'll play a crucial part in connecting customers with the perfect vehicles to meet their needs while representing a trusted name in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
• Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features and benefits to showcase value.
• Guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to finalizing the purchase.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory, vehicle specifications, and market trends.
• Collaborate with the finance and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-facing role preferred, but not required!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to listen and respond effectively.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Familiarity with automotive products and industry trends is highly valued.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
