Auto body shop managers are responsible for overseeing all aspects of our companys auto body repair services. They ensure that customers receive quality repairs in a timely fashion, while also managing the day-to-day operations of their business to ensure it runs smoothly.

• Leadership skills: As an auto body shop manager, you are a leader in your workplace. You are responsible for the success of your team and the company as a whole. Effective leadership skills can help you motivate your team, delegate tasks and inspire your employees to work hard

• The ideal candidate has outstanding communication skills. The ability to work with different personalities and cultures. People skills are very important. Must be goal ordinated. Motor Inn has loyal customers and we looking to expand our base.
• Experience working with insurance companies. The ability to learn and adapt to different requirements and processes with each insurance company.
• Some management experience preferred but not required.
