  Description of the role:

  Moss Motors, Inc is looking for a BMW Service Genius to join our team in Lafayette, Louisiana. As a BMW Service Genius, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical guidance to BMW owners.

  Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with understanding vehicle features and technology
  • Coordinate service appointments and follow-up with customers
  • Provide detailed explanations of maintenance and warranties 
  • Assist customers with mapping and app-ing 

  Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong interest in automotive technology
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
