Responsibilities:
- Works with public at service reception.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently and professionally.
- Engage with and assist customers with their requests.
- Processing and receiving customer payments.
- Assisting with various various task related to accounting.
- Efficiently operate computer system to process payments.
- Maintain correct balances on all transactions.
- Issue receipts, refunds, or change due to customers.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all office documents are up to date.
- Communicate company policies and procedures to customers.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
IDEAL CANDIDATE POSSESSES THESE ATTRIBUTES:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple task simultaneously
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Outgoing and positive personality
- Ability to operate standard office equipment
- Valid driver’s license
- Service Department experience a plus
