Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Greet customers as they enter the dealership and notify appropriate staff
• Operate multi-line phone system efficiently during high call volume
• Assist with filing, data entry, and general office tasks
• Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries

Cashier Duties

• Process customer payments (cash, credit/debit, checks) accurately
• Issue receipts and maintain proper transaction records
• Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift
• Reconcile daily transactions and report discrepancies

Scheduling & Coordination

• Schedule service appointments or direct calls to the service department
• Coordinate messages between customers and dealership staff
• Assist with appointment confirmations and reminders
