Job Requirements

• Coordinate internet sales operations across all three of our dealership locations

• Handle all incoming online email leads and respond in a timely manner

• Monitor lead activity, appointment scheduling, showroom visits and sales conversion performance to improve department results

• Oversee the dealerships website

• Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to improve performance

• Collaborate with general managers to implement process improvements and support dealership sales objectives

• Monitor online reviews, dealership reputation and customer engagement across digital platforms

• Ensure sales team meets lead response time expectations, maintain consistent follow-up and provide personalized customer experiences

• Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

• Must pass background & drug screening
