Monarch Place is seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join our team in Hanceville, AL. The ideal candidate will be passionate about preparing high-quality meals and contributing to a positive dining experience for our residents and guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines.
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Assist in menu planning and accommodating special dietary requests.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a cook or in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen sanitation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
