This is a role for someone with real experience; the minimum is 3 years of fleet or dealership diesel work, and Ford dealership background is strongly preferred. What You'll Do

  • Perform diesel diagnostics and repairs to Ford factory standards, working from repair orders and documented customer concerns

  • Evaluate critical components and safety systems using manufacturer inspection checklists before and after service

  • Adjust safety devices, protective guards, and fasteners as needed to meet factory specifications

  • Test-drive vehicles before and after repairs to verify quality, safety, and performance

  • Tag and submit warranty parts to the warranty clerk following dealership procedures

  • Record completed work on repair orders accurately, including labor operations and torque specifications

  • Monitor Ford technical service bulletins and attend manufacturer training sessions as assigned

  • Keep the workspace clean and organized, and return customer vehicles in a better condition than they arrived in


What We're Looking For

  • Ford certification required

  • Minimum 3 years of fleet or dealership diesel repair experience required

  • Prior Ford dealership experience a plus

  • CDL license a plus

  • Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to read and apply technical manuals, bulletins, and repair procedures

  • Must supply own tools

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
