This position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00am to 4:00pm, no weekends, and the opportunity to work independently while representing one of Connecticut's most respected Ford dealerships.

Job Summary

Monaco Ford is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Mobile Service Technician to perform routine maintenance and light repair services at customer homes and businesses throughout the area. This position operates out of our Mobile Service Van and provides a convenient service experience while maintaining the high standards our customers expect. 

Services commonly performed included:

• Oil changes and routine maintenance
• Tire rotations
• Brake inspections and brake services
• Battery replacement
• Minor repairs
• Software updates
• Small recall repairs
• Multi-point vehicle inspections

Responsibilities

• Previous automotive technician experience preferred
• Ford experience a plus but not required
• Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills
• Ability to perform maintenance and light repair services independently
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
