Monaco Ford is looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Inventory Manager who thrives in a hands-on, outdoor work environment. This full-time, on-site position offers a starting wage of $21/hour and blends the creativity of photography, the precision of merchandising, and the physical responsibility of maintaining a well-organized vehicle lot. What You’ll Do

• Photograph vehicle inventory and process high-quality images for online listings

• Ensure timely merchandising of all vehicles (signage, stickers, and accurate listings)

• Use dealership camera equipment to upload photos and condition reports

• Collaborate with Sales Managers to write and maintain vehicle descriptions

• Maintain lot organization and presentation standards

• Re-image vehicles as needed to ensure consistency and quality

• Assist in new vehicle prep and general lot duties

• Follow all safety protocols while maintaining an efficient workflow

What We’re Looking For

• Interest or experience in photography (professional or hobbyist)

• Basic computer skills and comfort using technology

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Willingness to learn and grow within the role
