Apprentice Service Advisor

No weekend hours!

Job Summary:
Monaco Ford is seeking a highly motivated and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as an Apprentice Service Advisor. This is a full-time role in the automotive industry, located in Glastonbury, Connecticut. The Apprentice Service Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting customer satisfaction throughout the vehicle service process. Helping the Lead Service Advisor with all tasks associated in making the technicians as efficient as possible.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist with their vehicle service needs in a courteous and professional manner.
- Conduct initial vehicle inspection to identify necessary repairs and provide accurate estimates for customers.
- Communicate with customers throughout the service process, providing updates and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure efficient and timely completion of repairs and services.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all customer interactions, service appointments, and vehicle service history.
- Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and promote customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers.
- Keep the service department clean and organized.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience in the automotive industry a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in computer and technology systems.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
