Citywide Vendors is a Philadelphia-based company that installs modern, design-forward smart vending coolers and micro-markets in high-traffic buildings. Our goal is to provide a seamless, hands-off amenity for properties while delivering a better experience than traditional vending.

We’re growing quickly and are seeking a part-time Field Sales Representative to help expand our presence across Philadelphia.


About the Role

This is an in-person, field-based sales role focused on face-to-face outreach and follow-up. You’ll walk into apartment buildings, offices, gyms, and other high-traffic locations to start conversations with decision-makers and move opportunities from first contact through signed placement agreements.

You’ll work closely with the founder to refine outreach strategies, improve follow-up, and close deals—while still owning your day-to-day activity and pipeline.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable initiating conversations, persistent with follow-up, and motivated by performance-based upside.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach high-traffic locations throughout Philadelphia

  • Conduct in-person outreach to property managers, business owners, and on-site decision-makers

  • Present Citywide Vendors’ offering clearly, professionally, and confidently

  • Consistently follow up after initial conversations to move opportunities forward

  • Secure signed agreements for vending machine placements

  • Track outreach, follow-ups, and deal progress in an organized manner

  • Collaborate regularly to refine messaging, territory focus, and sales approach


Who You Are

  • Comfortable with face-to-face, unannounced outreach

  • Confident communicator who builds rapport quickly

  • Persistent and organized when it comes to follow-up

  • Self-motivated while receptive to feedback and collaboration

  • Familiarity with Philadelphia is a plus

  • Background in sales, real estate, hospitality, fitness, or B2B is helpful but not required

  • Existing local network is a bonus, not a requirement


Compensation & Structure

  • Hourly: $20–$25/hour (approximately 10 hours per week)

  • Commission: $250–$500 per signed placement contract (based on location size)

  • Schedule: Flexible, part-time

  • Engagement: Contractor role with an initial 6-month term and opportunity to extend based on performance
