Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Community Manager to serve as the heartbeat of our coaching platform on Mighty Networks. You will ensure the community remains engaged, organized, and high-value through strategic platform management, content architecture, and active member advocacy.


Compensation & Hours

Status: Part-time (Contract)
Hours: 30 hours per week
Rate: $40 per hour


Core Responsibilities:

Platform Leadership & Moderation:

  • Serve as the "Key Person" and lead administrator for the Mighty Networks app platform.

  • Perform daily moderation to maintain a safe, positive, and productive environment for all members.

  • Community Listener & Doer: Actively identify member needs and trends, then take direct action to address them—either by executing solutions personally or delegating specific tasks to a Virtual Assistant (VA) to ensure timely resolution.

Content & Strategy:

  • Learning & Content Architecture: Organize and maintain the structure of courses, resource libraries, and platform spaces to ensure a seamless user experience.

  • Engagement Programming: Develop and execute monthly themes and discussion questions to drive meaningful conversation.

  • Ambassador Program Oversight: Manage and nurture our Ambassador program, empowering top members to lead and contribute to the community’s growth.

Coordination, Operations & Reporting:

  • Team Collaboration: Attendance at a few mandatory weekly team meetings is a must to ensure alignment on strategy and upcoming launches.

  • Project Management: Utilize Asana as the primary tool to track all projects, tasks, and deadlines, ensuring full transparency with the team.

  • Reporting: Prepare and send a concise End of Week (EOW) report to leadership, highlighting community health, engagement wins, and pending action items.

  • General Coordination: Coordinate with the internal team to manage schedules for live recordings, guest speakers, and special events.

  • Asset Management: Ensure all community-related assets (recordings, worksheets, etc.) are uploaded and filed correctly within the platform.

  • VA Oversight: Provide clear instructions and oversight to a VA for routine platform maintenance or repetitive engagement tasks.
