Job Type: Full-Time (Remote)
Working Hours: Must be available during EST or PST time zones
Pay Rate: $5–$9/hour (based on experience)
Job Description:
We are hiring a full-time Cold Caller to join our remote team. Your main responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential leads, introduce our services, qualify prospects, and set appointments for our sales team. You should be comfortable on the phone, professional, and goal-driven.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold and warm calls to potential leads
- Introduce and explain our services
- Qualify leads based on a provided script and criteria
- Set appointments or transfer qualified leads
- Record call results, notes, and lead status in CRM or tracking tools
- Follow up with interested leads as needed
- Meet daily and weekly call and lead targets
Requirements:
- Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or phone-based sales (6+ months preferred)
- Strong spoken English and clear communication skills
- Ability to handle objections professionally
- Must have a reliable internet connection and headset
- Must be available to work in EST or PST time zones
- Familiarity with CRM software or dialers is a plus
