Job Summary

Moberly Motors is hiring a full-time Administrative Assistant / Office Assistant to support daily dealership operations. This role combines customer service, receptionist duties, data entry, and office administration in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers, vendors, and visitors (front desk / receptionist duties)
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Manage filing systems (digital and paper)
  • Assist with scheduling and internal coordination
  • Support sales and service departments with administrative tasks
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory

Rental Fleet Coordination (Unique to This Role):

  • Schedule and manage dealership rental vehicles
  • Handle customer check-in and check-out for rentals
  • Track vehicle availability and usage
  • Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready
  • Coordinate basic maintenance and upkeep

Qualifications

  • 1โ€“2 years of experience in administrative assistant, office assistant, receptionist, or customer service role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
