Job Summary:
We currently have two part time positions available three days a week Monday- Friday from 3:30-6:00 and 8:00-5:00 on Saturday. The Subaru Receptionist/Greeter at Mitchell Subaru is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and acting as the first point of contact for all clients and visitors at our dealership. This part-time, salary position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about providing top-notch customer service. The role is located at our Canton, Connecticut dealership and reports to the General Manager.



Compensation & Benefits:
This is a part-time, salaried position. 

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome all clients and visitors to the dealership in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Manage and maintain the dealership's reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times
- Schedule and coordinate customer appointments with various departments
- Maintain knowledge of current products, services, and promotions to accurately answer customer inquiries
- Assist customers with basic inquiries
- Process customer payments and obtain necessary signatures for service or sales transactions
- Collect and distribute mail, faxes, and other office correspondence
- Support other departments as needed with various administrative tasks, including filing and data entry
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the dealership with integrity and professionalism
- Act as a liaison between customers and dealership staff, ensuring all communication is clear and prompt

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred
- Previous customer service experience in the automotive industry preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and friendly demeanor with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data entry
- Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to help others
