Service Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Test to check whether systems and components are secure and working properly

 • Isolate the component that might have caused the problem

• Occasionally drive the vehicle for testing purposes

• Maintain efficiency and accuracy in diagnosing as well as repairing vehicles

• Repair or replace worn parts ahead of the vehicles breakdown or damage

• Use power tools, machine tools, and common hand tools to perform various tasks

• Ability to identify the problem quickly

• Good knowledge of automobiles

• Effective analytical and communication skills

• Good reading, computer, and mathematics skills

• Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications

• High School Diploma or GED

• Minimum of 1 year experience preferred

• Ability to lift 75 pounds and up

• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and dependable

• Basic Computer Skills

• Change Oil and Filter
• Complete Multi Point Vehicle Inspection report
• Rotate and balance tires
• Check air and Repair flat tires
• Replace misc bulbs
• Install wheel/tire packages
• Keep area clean and safe
• Pay is based off Flat Rate Hour depending on experience
• Must have valid drivers license and 21 years old

Hours 7:30-6:00 Monday - Friday   8:30-4:00 Saturday  Lunch Break 12:30-1:30
