Are you a content-creating powerhouse with a passion for storytelling, behind-the-scenes access, and building authentic brand voices? Do you dream in trending audio, captions, and reels?

WE Auto — a growing, independently owned automotive group — is looking for a highly talented, creative, and engaging Social Media Manager/Content Creator to bring our brand to life across platforms. You’ll lead the charge in managing and creating social media content for all 4 locations:

• Toyota of Ann Arbor

• Subaru of Ann Arbor

• Gallatin Ford

• Gallatin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

What You'll Do:

• Film, edit, and post short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, Stories) featuring team members, service tips, community events, and behind-the-scenes shop life

• Build and manage a cohesive content calendar for all locations

• Travel between Ann Arbor, MI and Gallatin, TN to capture content on-site (travel required regularly)

• Collaborate with leadership, recruiters, and employees to create people-first content that showcases our unique culture

• Build and grow brand awareness — increasing followers, engagement, and reach across all platforms

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

Has a strong personal or professional social media following that shows you know how to build an audience
Knows how to create scroll-stopping, on-trend content
Is confident on camera AND behind it
Has a portfolio or examples of original work (personal accounts welcome!)
Thrives in fast-paced, collaborative, people-focused environments
Is willing and able to travel between our TN and MI locations on a regular basis
