Parts Shipping & Receiving Clerk / Lead

Classic Hampton Auto Mall is seeking a Parts Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of parts shipments and deliveries to support our operations. We are a Mercedes, Audi, Hyundai and Genesis dealership located in Hampton, VA.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming parts shipments.
• Prepare and package parts for shipment to various locations or customers.
• Maintain organized and clean shipping and receiving areas.
• Assist with inventory counts and reporting.
• Pull Daily, Weekly, and monthly returns as required by manufactures
• Operate Forklift

Requirements

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Experience with CDK is a plus, though not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed (up to 40 lbs).
• Proficient with basic computer applications and inventory systems.
• Effective communication skills.
• Coordinate other warehouse staff to optimize daily operations.
