Job Description:

As a BDC Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries. Your role will focus on setting appointments for the sales and service departments while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and texts to engage potential and existing customers.

• Schedule appointments for sales and service departments, ensuring a smooth customer experience.

• Follow up on internet leads, phone inquiries, and past customers to drive dealership traffic.

• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and update customer interactions.

• Work closely with the sales and service teams to align communication and follow-up strategies.

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure all inquiries are addressed promptly.

• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.

• Stay informed about Harley-Davidson products, promotions, and dealership events.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a BDC, customer service, or sales role is preferred.

• Strong phone communication and active listening skills.

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable using CRM software and lead management tools.

• Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed and contribute to team performance.

• Passion for Harley-Davidson motorcycles and the lifestyle is a plus!
