Responsibilities

• Engage customers in the showroom and guide them through the vehicle selection process

• Leverage product knowledge to present features, benefits, and options tailored to each customer

• Conduct professional test drives and follow dealership protocols

• Maintain strong follow-up practices to convert leads and build long-term client relationships

• Utilize CRM tools to track prospects, follow-ups, and sales activity

• Resolve customer concerns in a proactive, solutions-focused manner

• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance expectations

• Participate in team sales meetings, product training, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Maintain high standards of professionalism, communication, and customer service

Qualifications

• Prior automotive sales experience strongly preferred 

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service abilities

• Self-motivated and goal-driven with a team-oriented mindset

• Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

• Professional presence and positive attitude
