Position Summary:

The Full-Time Sales Consultant plays a key role in delivering a high-quality, customer-focused buying experience by guiding customers through every stage of the sales process. With access to one of the area’s largest inventories of both new and pre-owned vehicles, this position focuses on confidently matching every customer with the right vehicle to fit their needs and lifestyle. We provide comprehensive, hands-on training and ongoing support, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals new to automotive sales who are motivated to build a successful career. Bilingual (Spanish or Hmong) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

 

Schedule: Monday – Friday with rotating Saturdays as needed

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working directly with customers to help them find the right vehicle
  • Answering questions, setting up test drives, and guiding them through the buying process
  • Following up with internet leads, phone calls, and showroom traffic
  • Staying organized and keeping up with a fast-paced environment
  • Building relationships that lead to repeat and referral business

 

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (required)
  • Previous experience working in a Can Dealership (preferred)
  • Previous experience working in retail, customer service, sales, or hospitality (required)
  • A strong work ethic and willingness to stay busy (required)
  • Self-motivation and accountability (required)
  • A positive attitude and openness to coaching (required)
  • Strong customer service and negotiation skills (required)
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required)

 

Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced automotive sales department
  • Indoor and outdoor work environment, moving between the sales floor, lot, and service areas
  • Frequent contact with customers, sales and management
  • Team-oriented dealership culture focused on efficiency and customer satisfaction

 

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Compensation: $24,000 - $200,000 (Base + Commission) uncapped earning potential
