About the Role: In this role you’ll kickstart your career by keeping our equipment clean and our yard organized—working outdoors in all kinds of weather, including sun, rain, and cold. No experience needed, just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. 

Business Operating Hours/Schedule: Monday through Friday 6:00 am - 5:00 pm

What You’ll Do In This Role:

• Clean equipment and attachments using pressure washing equipment in the wash bay
• Assist with yard and store maintenance as needed (lawn care, trash removal, snow clearing, etc.)
• Help load and unload equipment for deliveries and returns
• Follow directions and learn from supervisors and experienced coworkers
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

What You Need To Do This Role:

• A high school diploma or GED
• A willingness to work hard, take direction, and learn on the job in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently on routine tasks, but ask questions when needed
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• A team-first attitude and strong work ethic
• Strong communication skills to convey information clearly and efficiently
