We’re looking for a hands-on, results-driven Service Manager to take charge of our service department and rental fleet maintenance operations. In this key leadership role, you’ll oversee diagnostics, repairs, and technician performance while making sure our customers get the up time and service they deserve.

Business Operating Hours/Schedule: Monday through Friday 6:00 am - 5:00 pm
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians while managing daily repair workflow
- Drive performance by monitoring key service metrics and technician efficiency
- Oversee both customer repairs and rental fleet readiness—keeping machines rent-ready and reliable
- Coordinate with sales, rental, and parts teams to keep everything moving
- Champion safety, service quality, and customer satisfaction from the shop floor to the field
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of supervisory or service management experience (required)
- 5+ years of heavy equipment or diesel service experience preferred
- Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service mindset
- Strong computer skills (Excel a must; service software a plus)
