The Guest Services Attendant will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment throughout the service department while assisting with vehicle movement and lot organization. This is a physical, hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being active throughout the day.


Key Responsibilities:

Porter Duties:

  • Move customer vehicles to and from service lanes, technician stalls, and parking areas

  • Assist with vehicle pickup and delivery as needed

  • Keep service drive and customer waiting areas clean and organized

  • Maintain proper key organization and storage

  • Support service advisors and technicians with general tasks as requested

  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of loaner and courtesy vehicles

  • Perform battery jumps, tire inflations, and light lot maintenance as needed

Janitorial Duties:

  • Clean and maintain the service shop, technician bays, drive lanes, restrooms, and break areas

  • Sweep, mop, and power wash service floors daily

  • Empty trash bins and restock supplies in all work areas

  • Clean windows, doors, and general surfaces in service-related areas

  • Ensure safe use and storage of cleaning chemicals and supplies

  • Report any facility or equipment maintenance issues promptly


Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

  • Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles

  • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Prior facility maintenance experience preferred

  • Bilingual skills a plus


Work Schedule:

  • Full-time schedule (Typically Monday–Saturday with a day off during the week)

  • Some flexibility required for early morning or evening coverage
