Service Advisor - Battle Born Harley

Job Summary:
The Parts & Service Advisor at Battle Born Harley Davidson in Carson City, Nevada is a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support while maintaining exceptional knowledge of parts and service. This is a full-time, hourly position in the motorcycle industry, and you will be working as an individual contributor.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries regarding parts and services
• Listen to customers' needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Review and process customer orders, including ordering, pricing, and invoicing
• Prepare and submit warranty claims to the manufacturer
• Manage and maintain inventory levels, including stocking shelves and conducting regular inventory checks
• Coordinate with technicians and service advisors to ensure timely and accurate completion of services
• Maintain strong knowledge of all products and services offered by Michael Hohl Automotive Group
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Handle customer complaints and find satisfactory resolutions
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in Harley Davidson technology

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior customer service experience, preferably in the motorcycle industry
• Working knowledge of Harley Davidson parts and systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
