Automotive Technology Expert - Subaru

Job Summary:
Michael Hohl Automotive Group is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Automotive Technology Expert to join our Subaru sales team in Carson City, Nevada. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry and have a strong background in Subaru vehicles. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Use your in-depth knowledge of Subaru vehicles to showcase their features, benefits, and industry-leading technology to potential buyers
- Meet and exceed sales goals and objectives
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment, and trade-ins
- Follow up with customers and assist with any post-sales inquiries or issues
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and service, to provide a seamless buying experience for customers
- Continuously improve your knowledge of Subaru vehicles and the automotive industry
- Attend regular training and development sessions to stay up-to-date on new features and technology

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in automotive sales or a related field
- Strong understanding of Subaru vehicles and their features
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven sales track record
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
