Metter Ford is searching for a Service and Parts Director to lead out team of Master and certified technicians. We have over 32 years of providing excellent customer service. We've won the Ford's President's Award many times over the years including the last four years in a row. We have a large fleet of service loaners and qualified drivers to provide our customers an excellent service experience and we offer pickup and delivery. We have a parts manager with 22 years-experience with us. We are a family-owned dealership with three additional Ford stores in our company. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the service department
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • schedule and assign work to technicians
  • Monitor and evaluate technician performance and provide feedback
  • Ensure that all repairs are completed in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of service and repair history
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations
  • Talking closely with our Ford Management team on a daily basis
