ABOUT THE ROLE 

We’re hiring Service Technicians at every skill level — from entry-level lube and tire techs ready to learn, to seasoned Master Technicians with factory certifications. Modern shop, latest equipment, and a team built to keep your hours booked and your bay busy. If you produce, we make sure you get paid — because our comp plan runs on flat rate. 

Compensation: Flat rate $22–$70 per book hour, based on skill level, certifications, and factory training. Sign-on bonus available for the right candidate with proven CDJR experience. Guarantees available during ramp-up. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Perform work specified on repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards 

• Test-drive vehicles and test components using diagnostic tools and special service equipment 

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning 

• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor and Dispatcher to keep customers informed of additional service needs and provide time estimates 

• Execute warranty repairs in accordance with Mopar / manufacturer specifications 

• Turn book hours efficiently while maintaining a comeback-free quality standard 

• Maintain a clean, organized bay and take care of shop tools and equipment 

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

• All skill levels welcome — from entry-level to Master Technician 

• CDJR / Mopar / FCA factory training strongly preferred (and rewarded with a sign-on bonus) 

• ASE Certification preferred; we will support certification for the right candidate 

• Prior dealership experience a plus 

• Own tools appropriate to your skill level 

• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment 

• Dexterity, steady hand, and excellent hand-eye coordination 

• Ability to learn new technology, repair procedures, and manufacturer specifications 

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
