Methuen CDJR — part of The Best Automotive Group — is opening a brand-new Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealership in the heart of the Merrimack Valley, and we’re building our sales team from the ground up. ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring Salespeople — and you don’t need automotive experience to apply. If you’re a people person who works hard, follows a process, and wants to be paid for what you produce, we will train you to sell Jeeps, Rams, Dodges, and Chryslers the right way. This is one of the few careers where your income is genuinely uncapped — and we’re building this team from day one.
Compensation: $40,000–$100,000+ per year, commission + bonus. Training pay guarantee while you ramp up. Top performers earn six figures — your effort, your pay.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet every guest with energy, professionalism, and a customer-first attitude

Follow the Methuen CDJR sales process from meet-and-greet through delivery

Listen, ask great questions, and match customers with the right vehicle for their needs and budget
-
Walk customers through features, perform test drives, and demonstrate Jeep, Ram, Dodge, and Chrysler capability
-
Work with your manager to structure deals that work for both the customer and the dealership
-
Follow up — phone, text, and email — on every lead until they buy or politely say no

Maintain accurate, up-to-date notes in the CRM

Deliver vehicles and earn customers for life through outstanding service after the sale

Hit and exceed monthly volume, gross, and CSI targets
QUALIFICATIONS
-
No automotive experience required — we will train the right person
-
People person — comfortable starting conversations and building rapport quickly
-
Strong work ethic and willingness to follow a proven process
-
Goal-driven, competitive, and self-motivated
-
Excellent communication skills — phone, text, email, in-person
-
Comfortable with technology (CRM, texting, email, online listings)

Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus
-
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Must be 18 or older
