ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Finance
  • Inputs information and prepares documents
  • Verifies taxes and fee costs for out of state transactions
  • Process Finance and Lease deals accurately
  • Ensure 100% compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations
  • Prepares a menu of options for review with the customer over the phone or in person
  • Verifies the cost of aftermarket sold products in Reynolds
  • Registers sold products on Dealertrack website
  • Prints deal recaps and tax receipts
  • Verifies lending source on financial deals and ensures that lender is listed on documents
  • Packages and breaks down all deals to turn into the business office
  • Assists in the funding process by resolving any contract-in-transit or held offering issues Inputs customer information and prints documents for shipping
  • Prints recaps and tax receipts
  • Receipts funds and verifies all documents have been completed and signed when deals are returned

QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES & JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent phone skills with experience in phone sales
• Exceptional Customer Service
• Ability to anticipate the needs of the customer and of the Finance Team
• Detail oriented and excels in a fast-paced, results driven environment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass drug testing and background check
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Available to work evenings and Saturdays
• Able bodied to assist with moving vehicles and snow removal
