WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Personally assist clients during the vehicle delivery experience to ensure every hand-off is seamless and memorable.
• Be a go-to resource for client needs, both in person and over the phone, offering guidance with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Act as a brand ambassador, making every client interaction reflect the Mercedes-Benz standard of excellence.       

What We're Looking for:

• A natural communicator who loves engaging with people and making their day better.
• Tech-savvy or willing to learn--you're eager to master vehicle features and share that knowledge confidently.
• Organized, proactive, and committed to delivering white-gloved service.

Previous experience in hospitality, luxury retail, or automotive is a plus--but a positive attitude and curiosity go even further.
