What You’ll Do

• Build lasting relationships with customers and create clients for life
• Guide customers through a consultative sales process by asking thoughtful questions and actively listening
• Continuously develop your product knowledge to become a trusted vehicle expert
• Deliver high-quality, professional vehicle presentations—in person and via video
• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
• Learn to confidently overcome objections and thrive in a dynamic sales environment
• Partner with Sales Managers to track goals, activities, and performance
• Show up every day with energy, positivity, and a drive to succeed—we value attitude as much as experience

• Self-motivated, driven, and eager to succeed
• A desire to continuously learn and grow within the industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
