The Detail – Make Ready Specialist is responsible for meticulously cleaning, polishing, and refurbishing new, used, and service vehicles to meet the highest standards of presentation for the dealership or for client specifications. This role is critical in ensuring vehicles are "showroom ready" and creating a positive impression for customers
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties will focus on both the interior and exterior of vehicles, including, but not limited to:

Exterior Cleaning and Preparation:
-
Thoroughly washing and drying vehicle exteriors, including windows and doorjambs
-
Cleaning the engine and engine compartment using appropriate equipment and cleaning agents.

Applying dressing to tires and tire wells.

Interior Cleaning and Preparation:
-
Deep cleaning interiors, including vacuuming and scrubbing to remove loose dirt and debris.

Shampooing upholstery, carpets, and other fabric surfaces.

Steaming and deodorizing vehicle interiors.

Applying revitalizers and preservation agents to interior vinyl or leather surfaces

General Duties and Safety:
-
Operating all tools and equipment, such as buffers, steamers, hoses, and vacuums, in a safe manner.

Keeping the work area neat and clean.

Managing inventory of cleaning supplies and reordering when needed.

Performing other duties as requested by supervisors.

Qualifications:
-
Demonstrate a professional appearance and demeanor
-
Pass a drug test
-
Can not have any DWI charges
-
Must pass a criminal background check
-
Provide a 3 year driving record
-
Reliable transportation to and from work
-
Valid Driver's License and social security card
Hours:

This is a Part-Time position
-
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 2pm-7pm
-
Wednesday off
-
Saturday 10am-6pm
Compensation:

$12.50 per clock hour
