What You’ll Do:

• Oversee the daily operations of the service drive to ensure efficient, high-quality customer interactions

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, going above and beyond to leave a lasting positive impression

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all owner inquiries — in person or over the phone

• Maximize technician productivity by efficiently distributing work

• Ensure the consistent sale of technician time to meet service goals

• Communicate clearly and proactively with both customers and team members

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, organized, and customer-focused personality

• Strong communication and time management skills

• Demonstrated leadership ability or prior experience managing others

• Professional, well-groomed appearance

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Willing to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening
