As a Mobile Service Technician, you will be an experienced quality technician that works well independently and possesses excellent communication skills to service our clients in Columbus and surrounding areas via our fully equipped specially designed Mercedes-Benz Metris Mobile Service Unit.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and prepare for the day’s appointments
- Warmly greet and engage with customers
- Consult customer on mechanical diagnoses and required repairs
- Perform a multi-point inspection
- Perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency and in a clean and efficient manner
- Commit to leave-no-trace clean up
- Continue ongoing training to stay abreast of the new technology and techniques on the vehicle model lines.

Qualifications:
- Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
- Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
- Willingness to work in diverse weather conditions
- Physical strength to lift a tire onto the vehicle from a crouching position
- Ability to lift between 75 to 100 pounds
- Valid Driver License and clean driving record
