Full-Time Front Desk Concierge

Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria is seeking a dedicated and personable Full-Time Front Desk Concierge to join our team in Alexandria, VA. This role is essential in providing a welcoming and professional first point of contact for our clients and visitors while supporting the smooth daily operations of the dealership.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and assist customers as they arrive at the dealership, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Direct inquiries to the appropriate departments, and take accurate messages when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area to reflect the high standards of Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and processing paperwork for the General Manager and the BDC Manager
• Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless communication and customer service.
• Handle customer questions and concerns with professionalism and escalate issues appropriately

Requirements

• Proven experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role, preferably in the automotive or luxury retail industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask efficiently.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with phone systems.
• Friendly, approachable demeanor with a professional appearance.
• Ability to work full-time. Tuesday-Friday 10am-7pm, Saturday 9am-6pm.
