Rn Supervisor  Evenings and overnights 7 pm-7 am Saturday and Sunday  5 weekends on 1 weekend off for 132 Bed Facility Long Term Care, Skilled Nursing Facility.

BROAD RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the overall functioning of the nursing service of the facility on Weekends.

Work involves managing the care of residents of the entire facility working in collaboration and coordination with the resident, family members, physicians, on-call providers, interdisciplinary team members, supervisors, and staff to determine and achieve desired outcomes.
