We are looking for a Loaner Coordinator to join our team. You will manage the daily operations of the dealership’s loaner and rental fleet, ensuring vehicles are well-maintained, tracked, and ready for use. This role works closely with the service team to deliver timely, organized loaner support that enhances the customer experience.

Responsibilities
-
Welcome customers and guide them through the check-in and return process for loaner vehicles.

Organize vehicle scheduling and manage the availability of the loaner fleet.

Complete all necessary paperwork and verify that customers meet license and insurance criteria.

Keep accurate logs of vehicle usage, mileage, fuel levels, and condition status.

Perform visual inspections before and after each loan to identify any damage.

Coordinate closely with service advisors to match vehicle availability with scheduled service needs.

Use dealership software to monitor and manage fleet inventory.

Ensure each vehicle is cleaned, gassed up, and in good condition between customer uses.

Stay on top of routine maintenance for fleet vehicles, including oil changes and inspections.

Promptly report any damage or issues and arrange for timely repairs.

Maintain all documentation related to billing, insurance, and inventory control.

Follow dealership procedures and ensure all insurance guidelines are met.

Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the overall dealership experience.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Prior experience with car dealership or fleet preferred

Communicates clearly and effectively with others

Maintains a professional, respectful, and timely approach

Motivated, upbeat attitude and strong work ethic

Willingness to grow and take on new challenges

Valid drivers license and clean driving record
