Position Overview
The Director of Domestic Admissions will lead all aspects of the domestic student recruitment and enrollment process for our middle and high school programs. This position requires a strategic thinker who can effectively communicate Menaul School's unique value proposition to prospective families while building relationships throughout the Albuquerque community and beyond.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract qualified domestic students for grades 6-12

Manage the entire admissions process from inquiry to enrollment

Coordinate campus visits, open houses, and admissions events

Build relationships with local schools, organizations, and community partners

Analyze enrollment data and market trends to inform recruitment strategies

Collaborate with marketing resources to create compelling admissions materials

Support families through the financial aid process

Represent Menaul School at recruitment fairs and community events

Partner with faculty and staff to ensure a smooth transition for new students

Maintain accurate admissions records and manage the admissions database
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated ability to connect with diverse families and students

Proficiency with database systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with data analysis and strategic planning

Ability to travel locally and regionally as needed
