Job Description:
We are a growing hotel management company seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Revenue Manager to join our corporate office team. This role is responsible for overseeing and executing revenue management strategies across a portfolio of hotels managed by our company. The ideal candidate will work closely with property teams and corporate leadership to drive top-line performance through data-driven decision-making.
Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement revenue strategies across a portfolio of managed hotels

Analyze market trends, booking patterns, and competitive data to inform pricing decisions

Generate and present forecasts, performance reports, and revenue plans to executive leadership and property stakeholders

Support property-level teams in understanding and executing revenue best practices

Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align strategies and ensure revenue goals are met
Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel revenue management, preferably in a corporate or multi-property role

Proficiency with revenue management systems, channel managers, and data analysis tools

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple properties and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
