Job Summary:
The Accounting Assistant supports the accounting department with daily tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and financial recordkeeping. This role helps ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

 

Compensation: $20.00 Hourly 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and process invoices and payments

  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable

  • Reconcile bank statements and financial records

  • Maintain organized filing of financial documents

  • Support month-end and year-end closing tasks

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

  • Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
