Quick Lane Service Advisor
We are looking for a Quick Lane Advisor to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a strong customer service background. The day-to-day duties include assisting customers with their service needs, recommending maintenance, and coordinating with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and assist with their service needs in the Quick Lane
- Write service tickets and document customer concerns accurately
- Recommend maintenance services based on vehicle condition, mileage, and manufacturer guidelines
- Communicate directly with technicians to ensure services are completed efficiently and correctly
- Keep customers informed on service progress, timelines, and any additional recommended work
- Provide estimates for services and obtain customer approvals
- Ensure a smooth and efficient service experience from check-in to check-out
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service drive area
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of customer service or automotive service advisor experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous dealership or automotive experience is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership management systems
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
- Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively
- Ability to learn new technology, service procedures and specifications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
